VOGUE I December 2011
The new SIXTY restaurant is unique, first of all, for its location: the view from the 62nd floor of the Federation Tower will not leave anyone indifferent. Today it is the highest restaurant in Europe! The noisy and bustling city remained far below, and somewhere very close to the bright Moscow sky. From here it is good to admire the sunrises and sunsets, see the clouds under your feet and watch the flight of birds. However, the most fascinating sight is the night starry sky. The West tower of the Federation business complex, where the new restaurant is located, became the winner of the FIABCI world architectural competition “Prix d’Exellence” and was recognized as one of the most beautiful and interesting buildings in the world. The design, corporate identity and interior of the restaurant was developed by the famous designer Yuna Megre.
With precise laconic strokes, she managed to make the luxyry interior cozy, at the same time earthly and cosmic, relevant and nostalgic.
But SIXTY is not only an ultra-modern urban style of skyscrapers, it is also nostalgia for the sixties-fashionable, reckless, stylish and a little crazy! The proximity of the sky, the play of huge spaces behind panoramic windows awaken an extravaganza of feelings, excite the imagination.
The design of the uniform for employees was developed by one of the most fashionable and popular fashion designers – Alyona Akhmadulina.
However, in this place everything should be “on top” — the interior, gastronomy, cocktails.
In SIXTY guests are always waiting for the most delicious food, the most fashionable DJs, the best and loudest parties, the most famous guests! The restaurant’s motto is: the best for the best!
The restaurant promises to become a center of attraction not only for fashionistas, but also for gourmets, because the famous Carlo Grecu is responsible for the cuisine here – one of the best Italian chefs in Moscow, a student of the legendary Allen Ducasse, a connoisseur of proper Italian cuisine, nostalgic for the bygone sixties, when everything was so simple, sincere and genuine. Carlo has traveled a lot and has extensive international experience, so the guests are presented with recognized gastronomic hits of Russian, Italian, French cuisine, as well as dishes from Asian countries.
The cocktail menu presents all the novelties and achievements of modern mixology.
Breakfasts, business lunches, romantic dinners, incendiary parties – SIXTY is the best place for any meeting format.
The partner of the Ginza Project in the SIXTY restaurant was the company – QUINTESSENTIALLY. The first Russian representative office of the private English club Quintessentially, which provides a de Luxe concierge service around the world.
